
CHRIS SIMPSON has taught in person and online for the past two years. He has delivered online teaching to the E17 Writers, examining the craft of writing from a great first line, to when to stop editing.

Having studied at Birkbeck University where he received a First in Creative Writing BA, he has built upon this with One on One Mentorships with both Nadine Matheson and Anna Vaught. In 2018, he was a Winner for the inaugural year in the prestigious Spread The Word's London Writers Award. He was also part of the 2014 Word Theatre's Writers Retreat under the tutelage of Andre Dubus III. In 2019, he was the Social Media Manager for Inkandescent Press.
